This is a used item for the Allen Heath SQ6 Digital Mixer, Fader PCB Part# AH-004-949x . Test your faders individually first to make sure that they work. If they work but still don't move on your mixer then the fader pcb board is bad and needs to be replaced.
Pulled from working equipment this part should work fine.
