These new era Cuckoo Clocks were made with very odd colors yet modern. They also did not sound like most electronic coo-coo sounds as it does not have the waterfall sound or echoes, just the plane old coo-coo sound. This one was put away because the tripper on the movement did not activated the coo-coo sound so we installed a new movement* with its new tripper except that this movement trips the coo-coo sound at the top of the hour by every hour, no night silencer. It has a on/off volume control, if you turn it off there?s no sound but the cuckoo bird will come out. Uses 3 C cell batteries, measures appx 10 inches high by 8 inches across and about 4 inches deep. A few customers feedback; Seller is easy to communicate with.
