All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections). In cases we are unable to identify you as the buyer, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Most other times courier will have to inspect the package or return item for analysis. WRONG ADDRESS UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES - All items will be shipped to buyer's registered shipping address.
