At DigitizingSolutions, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process for eligible items.
Return Period
We accept returns within 4 days of delivery. This gives you time to review your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
The product must be in resalable condition.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, and grooming products)
Custom patches or embroidered items
Underwear and intimate apparel
Perishable goods
Items marked as non-returnable during purchase
Return Process
Initiate the Return: Please log in to your Bonanza account, locate your order history, and select the item you wish to return.
Pack the Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Notifications: You’ll receive email updates throughout the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will provide a return label and offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
Additional Notes
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not process refunds for items showing as “Delivered” by tracking information.
Orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund.
We cannot accept returns for “unreasonable” disputes such as buyer remorse or incorrect address.
