When a battery is put on the drill and you pull the trigger, nothing happens. You have to push the Rev/FWD switch over to get the trigger to release. This was my dads. Given to him as a gift. He use it very little which explains why cosmetically it is in good condition. Knowing my dad, he probably did something with fwd/rev switch and then forced the trigger. My dad is not a handy man but he is real good at breaking things. My guess is that the issue is in the trigger switch. There are no batteries or charger. It comes with the case and the owners manual.
