The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, digital downloads, and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damages and Issues: We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
