Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipment.

If your order does arrived damaged, please notify me immediately with your order number and the details and photos of the damage. Then please open the package and take photos of the item you ordered. If the item is not damaged, you may choose to keep the item and instead just file a complaint to the shipper about their handling of the package.
