These clamps were purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of them. They are in good cosmetic condition. They are not tagged as to the aircraft type or the condition status. They measure about 2 1/8" in diameter. We are not able to test them. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
