This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. Many of the items from this purchase turned out to be new items that were kept as spares. This unit looks like it was a new spare, but I can not guarantee that. It was in a package with several units of the same card. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I have ore than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
