The set comes as shown in the photos. The roses are painted on but look as though they are etched...they are not. The set of 8 wine glasses are 4.25" tall with a 3-5/8" diameter. The matching smaller 4 piece cordial liquor glasses are 3-7/8" tall and 2-7/8" in diameter. The 6 piece rocks DOF glasses are not an exact match to the rest of the set but are similar. Please view the photos so you know exactly how alike or different they are. Each of these glasses are 3-3/8" with a 3-1/4" diameter. The perfect fancy bar ware set.
