Faint spotting to the upper page edges, lower corner tips slightly rubbed, else very good in brown linen with gilt embossed titles and decorative rules to the spine, red-and-yellow headband and tail-band; in a price-clipped very good dust jacket with a few short shelf-edge tears, a dime-sized brown spot to the rear panel, rubbing and small nicks to the upper and lower spine edges, and with a crease to the rear and to the front inner flap.
