Buyer must contact seller upon receipt of item to report item is misrepresented, and detail how item is misrepresented. Thank you. Item must be returned within 14 days. Once an item has been returned, it will be examined and if found to be in the same condition as when shipped a refund will be issued. If there is no further damage or breakage a refund of the original purchase price will be issued to the buyer’s PayPal account within 14 days. If there is further damage, breakage, smoke odor, dirt or scuffs there will be no refund issued and the buyer can choose to have the item shipped back at buyer’s expense.
