Our 2x2 LED panel light is very energy efficient. This LED panel is 40W, which is equivalent to 150W of ordinary incandescent bulbs. 2x2 Dimmable LED ceiling light is very soft, flicker-free,4000K color temperature suitable for long working hours. LED backlighting uses very little power and generates less heat than other backlighting technologies, extending the life and performance of other display components. We tested the spectrum of this product and its brightness reached 3250 lumens with a color rendering index of 80Ra. We did a blue light test and the result was the lowest RG1 level, which is enough to prove that this is a good lamp ceiling mounting lamp for visual mounting equipment! It's good for your eyesight
