Introduced in 1977, the name Ultra % comes from 5 features: No Slots, Precision Steering, Variable Speed Control, Electro Activated Cars Futuristic Track. Although never a great performer, the Ultra 5 replaced the earlier XLerators preceded the Speedsteer system in 1979.
