Perfect for making sponge and fruit cakes, this lightweight pan ensures even heat distribution and features tight edges for precision baking.
USE AND CARE:
This product is dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe. Hand wash only. Avoid the use of hard detergents that may mark the product. Acidic food such as lemon may discolour the surface however this will not affect the usage. Avoid the use of metal utensils and metal scourers to prevent damage to the surface. Always use an oven glove when hot. Before first use, carefully remove all packaging, rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
Constructed from durable and lightweight PFOA and BPA FREE anodised aluminium it gives excellent heat distribution.
This range features a smooth and seamless non-stick surface for easy release and effortlessly cleaning. ( Hand washing recommended)
