(2) Two Antique Cabinet Card Photographs. Depicting Cleff Maxwell and his wife Lillian Mabel Plummer. Cleff Maxwell was born March 21, 1870 in Carthage, Maine and died March 5, 1944. He was the son of Japhet P. Maxwell (1837-1921) and Amanda M. Nash Maxwell (1840-1921). Lillian Mabel Plummer was born May 23, 1875 and died July 11, 1962. She was the daughter of Joseph Lewis Plummer (1832-1908) and Eleanor "Nellie" E. Houghton (1838-1909). Both Cleff and his wife Lillian are buried in Center Hill Cemetery in Weld, Maine. The photo of Cleff was taken in Farmington, Maine. The photo of Lillian was taken in New Vineyard, Maine. Both measure approximately 4.25 x 6.5 including mounts. Condition: These are original photographs, not a copy or reproduction. They are in very good condition. Comments: These photo came from a large collection of inter-related family images including the surnames Plummer, Hewey, Jones, Cleaves, Hodgkins, Rollins, Butterfield, Hilton, Maxwell, Bond, Dodge, Winters, and Conroy. The primary progenitors of these families are Andrew Jackson Hewey (1835-1882), Elliot Plummer (born 1808), Jane West Plummer (1837-1919), and William Samuel Cleaves (1843-1916).
