SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders received on weekends will ship on Monday or Tuesday. Items are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Please add this processing time onto the estimated delivery time on your invoice. Since we offer free shipping on all merchandise, we use the most economical shipping method possible: however, depending on the weight and size of your merchandise, the order may be delivered sooner than stated on the invoice.

All items are housed in a Non-Smoking, Pet-free facility. All shipments are from the USA not from overseas. We ship only to USA and its territories.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds available within 14-days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition as described in the product details. Buyer must contact us prior to returning the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. To keep our prices low and continue to bring our customers the best savings on merchandise, we are not able to absorb additional return shipping costs. The total amount of your refund will be cost of the merchandise minus our cost of shipping the item to you. If you paid sales tax on the item, that will be refunded as well. We recommend shipping return merchandise to us using the least expensive method while ensuring the highest level of protection for the product you are returning. Items that are returned in any condition other than the original condition will not be refunded. NEW ITEMS RETURN POLICY: New items that have tags or manufacturer sealed packaging can be returned for a refund however if the original tag or original manufacturer seal is broken a restocking fee of 25% of the items value will be deducted from the total amount refunded. ITEMS MARKED AS NON-REFUNDABLE: Items with the words "Non-Refundable" in the title or description above will are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

ELECTRONICS AND ELECTRICAL DEVICES RETURN POLICY

We require that refund requests for electronics or electrical devices to be submitted within 7-days from the date of delivery. All our electronics and electrical merchandise have been tested and in working condition at the time of shipment. However we do recommend upon receiving electronics and electrical devices that you immediately test that they are in working condition. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if an item is not working properly. For electronic and electrical merchandise only that are defective, we will provide a Return Shipping label so we may inspect the equipment. If found defective, a full refund will be issued.

On occasion, we will sell electronic and electrical devices for parts only. Some of these parts may be part of a larger component. These items will be marked as non-refundable. No exceptions will be made to items marked non-refundable.
