You tried to return 6 weeks later, I did not have to accept return, a 10% restock fee was not unreasonable,you lost every case you opened, I was courteous, understanding,just because you did not get your way does not make me wrong,return policy 30 days no questions asked, 45 days I ask questions, you had 2 weeks after Xmas to contact me you did not,

no message, no complaint, just a paypal case created 1 month later, I correct mistakes, but cannot if Im not told theres an issue, learn to communicate not a delayed lash out
