It sounds like the customer was trying to use the sample image and not the actual graphic download sent via email. I did contact the customer after they left their review to try and help them, but they never responded.

The customer recieved their emailed coat of arms image within the advertised time. They contacted us once about not receiving it and the graphic was resent. We have had no response from customer since.

Customer received order within 24 hours of purchase to the email address provided on their order. We have tried contacting the customer multiple times after this review was left via Bonanza message and email, but have received no response.

Customer received the product that they ordered, there was no error on our part. They seem confused as to what they believed they ordered. We have tried contacting them to solve their confusion and even offered a refund, but have not heard back.

The customer did not request a pdf in their order and they were sent a jpg. We did check our messages and we never received any communication from them. After this review I did contact the customer, as we were happy to send them a pdf instead. The customer never got back to us.

Quality was as advertised and nothing was wrong with the flag. The customer was only charged $15 shipping to Canada, which is the actual rate. The extra $15 they are talking about is due to the fact that our prices are in USD and when converted to CAD it is $15 more. They were charged the advertised price. We tried contacting the customer about this, but they never replied to our messages.

When you order a downloadable product, we send it to the email you requested in your order. Not a "LINK". Also, if you order a second time, we are going to send you another unless you request a refund. The image does not go to the border. The borders are defined by what graphic program you are using to open the file.
