Only when I contacted Amazon was I able to get a refund and use that to buy my product elsewhere. Never will trust this site's merchants again. Seller response: SELLERS BEWARE!!! Buyer never contacted me through Bonanza, however did not mind submitting negative feedback here. Was contacted via Amazon account and was offered a replacement or a full refund. Message sent... I'm sorry to hear that you may have received a defective disc.
