Dear, I received not complaints about our windows . Please forward your notes about Microsoft comment that our copy are not genuine. This is an DELL version with coa. And you did not even contact us to resolve the problem before writing a negative feedback. I doubt your judgement. Seller please be aware ! |

This is not true story. Buyer did not follow the instruction of how to perform a clean install /format the drive before install the windows. And he even not able to send us a screen shot for the invalid message of the activation. We are happy to resolve it quick with customer. However customer is not cooperating . And using the negative feedback as leverage to get refund. Seller beware !!
