As you can read my past feedback, I am a reliable and responsible seller. My sister commited suicide and I was an emotional wreck..I responded to this buyer and told her the situation , that after the burial things had been packed up because I was moving away. She continued to harrass me and literally quoted "3 weeks should have been enough time to bury your sister and move". I was as pleasant as could be with this person despite what I was going through and offered her a full refund when I first saw she had purchased the item, but she refused the refund and wanted to wait. I explained all the items were packed away due to the move out of my sister's house. Besides that, I had to find a new residence to live. She then reported me to Bonanza despite everything I was going through and the immediate offer to issue her a refund. I think a person like this is heartless and I know I would be understanding to such a tragic situation in a person's life. And calling me a liar? Great comeback. Hope you are never in such a situation LipsMalloy.
