The flag was a Fleur de Lis flag made by Annin..there is not a better flag maker and flag in the whole world than this! The flag has three lilies on it, visible from both sides. The flag is anco dyed, not printed: anco dyed means that the actual fabric is soaked into the color. It is not even possible to not have it soaking on the other side at all. It is not a cheap printed flag. Why we got this kind of rating is beyond me and troublesome since there is not a better flag out there. We also never got contacted by the customer and had no change to talk about this. We have no problem to take flag back if disliked..would be a way smarter solution for all of us instead of smearing our product on a public venue. |
This must be a mix up: order came in on the 2nd of October and was delivered on the 4th of October. We even upgraded to Priority US Postal Service shipping..the slower service was chosen. Here is the proof: www.usps.com tracking number 9405510200882532363084
