The listing, photo & description showed the items with their EXACT sizes. They are labeled not for RETAIL SALE. Estee Lauder doesn't throw out their leftover Purchase with Purchase items or Gift with Purchase items. They SELL them to the public so people can re-sell. You cannot fault the seller for your lack of knowledge and because you didn’t look at the photos or read the description. I would have happily refunded you if you had returned the items. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! |
