Buyer contacted us and want it to get a full refund because the item looked cheap. We told the buyer that we sent the exact hoodie that we have listed and we even send the buyer a link of the hoodie and where we bought it and we gave the buyer two options. First one if they don't like the hoodie they received we will exchange it for any other hoodie that our suppliers have in their website and the second one we can provide the buyer a paid return label to send the hoodie back for a full refund. But the buyer wanted us to refund his money and full and didn't want to be bother about picking another hoodie or ship the item they received back. The buyer mentioned if we didn't give him a full refund he was going to leave negative feedback. I think the buyer misused the feedback policy and didn't even want to try to work with us since they wanted to keep the item and still get a full refund.
