Seller response: That’s really interesting that you would leave this feedback as this is a complete lie. I responded to you numerous times and we communicated back and forth about this. This was based on a technical issue regarding the Nest product itself and has nothing to do with me or my business. This item was brand new and sealed, which cannot be tested by me prior to sale. You received a full refund upon return.
