We of course, hate it when we cannot fullfil an order. We have a large inventory and sometimes we run out faster than all areas we are selling in are updated. The flag ordered was a rare flag. I offered a refund or to choose from over 100 other historical flags. Customer chose a refund, which I issued the same day. I do not know how we could have handled this differently but regret that there is an upset..

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. A return label was purchased by us for this customer and we were going to rectify the matter but the customer just never returned the flag so we could provide another flag or issue a full refund. We tried to rectify this buyer's dissatisfaction. We regret the transaction did not end in complete satisfaction. We often have great reviews and satisfaction and act quickly to try to handle any isolated issues to make sure our customers are fully satisfied. That is our business model: Ship fast, answer messages and questions fast, handle any issues even if it means zero profit for us on that particular order. I regret this did not end as intended - a satisfied customer.
