The DVD classes were not advertised in the listing, only the books--I talked quite extensively with this gentleman's wife on the phone- a wonderful conversation about the error. We decided she would keep the books and resell ones not used. I would have gladly taken them back and refunded but again, his wife made the alternative decision. I'm very sorry they misunderstood the listing, but ABEKA does not allow their DVD'S to be kept and his wife said she knew that when we ended up speaking on the phone. She also said that he bought the books before talking to her--sound like I have myself in the middle of a marital quibble. They received all books and materials that were described in the listing....itemized one by one-there were no DVD's listed. |

We experienced a listing syncing error with Bonanza software and this item loaded in only for shipping cost. We explained this to customer and were sorry but we just couldn't ship the very expensive item for free. We are working with Bonanza staff to solve all ebay sync/listing errors.
