Salma Jewelry offers a 30 day money back guarantee if not happy with your purchase. We have not control however the refund process instituted by Bonanza. The refund process is not convenient for us as well and is very time consuming. Hopefully Bonanza will make some adjustments to it's return and refund policy and make it easier for both the buyer and seller. Customer placed two orders with us. The first order was concluded without issue. The 2nd order was shipped by a new employee and unfortunately the incorrect watch links were shipped. We sent the customer a prepaid label to return the wrong links and we shipped out the correct links. I'm not sure why we didn't receive positive feedback for the first order however we did correct the error on the 2nd and apologize for any inconvenience and delay in sending out the correct links..
