First off the customer contacted me regarding the box damage 3 weeks after she got the item. She also stated that the shipping box was damaged not the doll box itself. I tried to help her as best as I could regaring the problem. I offered suggestions in order for her to solve the problem. I explained to the buyer that I pack my item very well and have gotten compliments on the way I package my items. I explained to the buyer that once it leaves my hands I have no control over how the post office handles their packages. But I always ship with prioity mail which comes with tracking and insurance. I am sorry that the buyer was unhappy with the way the post office handled her package.
