1 star user feedback I ordered a PDF and it took two weeks for them to email it to me after I reached out. I needed it to download right away and that should have been an option. I ended up ordering it from another company who send the PDF immediately after payment. Seller response: I did write to the customer to let them know I run this by myself and was down with a very bad flu. Also 2 weeks is an exaggeration, it was 7 days. Which is unacceptable, as my turnaround is 2 days, but unfortunately sometimes people do get sick :(
