Unfortunately, we did not have this customers specific item in-stock. That was absolutely our fault. I made every attempt to find said item from other vendors. Again, I was not able to find said item. We sell over many platforms, so "out of stock" happens from time to time. Upon being unsuccessful at acquiring said item, I should have contacted the customer, immediately!! I failed in this category and the buyer was not interested in my apologies, instead, they were more interested in reading me the riot act. I apologized profusely, I was upfront and honest about my short-comings, but again, this did not satisfy the customer. The customer did receive a Full Refund within minutes of our conversation!! This was an unfortunate incident, and we have been far more diligent since this incident, regarding out of stock items and our response's to such events. Sometimes, you cannot make everybody happy, but we have learned from our mistake and have moved on....
