Seller response: This was a digital file & was sent through e-mail as stated in listings. Customer stated they didn't receive e-mail that was sent on 12/23 8:30am so I had resent the email with file a second time.. Customer stated they did receive the file through the resent email. Buyer ordered after holiday closings on 12/19; I made a special order to get it done before the holiday for customer. Order was placed on 12/21at 9:30p.m. ~ File was sent on 12/23 8:30am Resent file was sent on 12/23 at 5:45pm.. Rush order was purchased to guarantee file before the holiday 12/24. A special % discount & Free Gift was offered to the customer.
