This person was belligerent. Rather than show a little understanding with a USPS that has removed sorting machines & over half a million dead in US from Covid, this biker thinks the world revolves around getting his keychain. I've been in retail for decades. This is a potentially violent person. Sale to him at your own risk.

It was a siimple mistake in shipping that was corrected as soon as we were made aware of the mix-up.

When the customer told us it was a gift for "my husband," I accidently assumed that his wife was using her husband's email to contact us. The customer became angry when we referred to him, mistakenly, as Mrs. At first, the customer wanted a refund without returning the CD. Finally, it was returned with the CD and artwork damaged, probably out of spite, since the mailier was undamaged...Our description of the CD was detailed and accurate. Even though the customer was rude and dishonest, we issued a full refund.

Seller response:
This collector mistakenly thought he was getting the original poster for 24.99, when that sells for hundreds of dollars or more. We never described it as an original. We described it accurately as being "New". Also, the original was folded, so heavy crease marks would have been visible. We sell a high-quality reproduction that ships rolled and has no creases to distract from the colorful artwork. Poster was returned damaged. A refund was issued despite this.

We try to ship the same day, whenever possible. So if an order has already been processed and shipped, all that we can do at that point is to wait for the item to be returned. The buyer never returned the item. If he had, per our return policy, then we would have happily issued a refund.
