Seller response: Not exactly sure what the customer is talking about. Our store shows you a picture of the exact coat of arms you will receive. The customer was sent both graphics in the same email. Instructions for download were included in the message body of the email and the graphics were attached as files. I did try contacting the customer after this review, but never received a response. We ask all customers to contact us first before leaving a review as we will always help with any technical support :)
