You messaged me stating you hadn't received this item and was told that a replacement would be sent. Before a replacement could be made and sent you filed a claim with PayPal claiming that the item received was an unauthorized purchased. At this time you was told to return the item for a full refund. The item wasn't returned and PayPal decided the claim in my favor. You then tried to do the same by contacting Bonanza about non receipt. I am sorry to say but sounds like an attempt at on-line theft.
