Maybe it's a milestone, because it's our first transaction in Bonanza, it's our first feedback , also it's our first negative feedback. We are sorry for any fault in shipment. We packed the peacock charms by bubble paper and kraft paper carefully. It usually may withstand wrapped accumulation. There may have violent handling in the shipment. But it doesn't matter, you may ask us to resend or refund full amount. We will be in charge of the whole transaction. Honest and Credit are our rule. Unfortunately ,we havn't received your letter until get this negative feedback. We think it's not our intentions. Any way, we are sorry for the unpleasant and will refund to you.
