1 star user feedback I emailed several times looking for my item. After the seller marked the item shipped and almost 2 weeks go by, I had to open a PayPal claim for no receipt. Then- seller reaches out to me indicating she swapped packages with another buyer. Seller response: Package was mixed up and sent to wrong buyer who returned item and it was promptly mailed to correct buyer. In the interim buyer filed a paypal claim stating order not received. USPS tracking documented that the order was deliveted to this buyer but she worked the paypal system to get a full refund and stole a $50 pair of shoes from us.
