Hi, we would have appreciated it if instead of writing negative feedback (you are the first in 10 years) … you had waited for a reply. In any case, the supplier replied to us that the ‘ambrations’ that appear on the product are formed ‘occasionally’ when products travel in the holds of aircraft … unfortunately not pressurised. In any case, they suggested that it is possible to use a ‘banal’ soft eraser. If the product is still unused (completely new), you can return it at your own expense to the departure depot in Europe (Spain). After the product has been returned and checked, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs. We will send you the address to which you can eventually send the product. Please let us know. The customer received the product after opening a chargeback with his bank and consequently with Paypal. Unsuccessful were our attempts to ask for a document from which we could read a request from the customer to "close chargeback."
