Seller response: Hi, The tracker you ordered was Blue Gray which is actually Rose Gold Tracker, infact there is no Blue Gray color tracker sold by Fitbit but its the wristband color that comes with Rose gold tracker (Retail), you can check the photos on the net, As for delay we try to ship within 24-48 hours of orders but sometimes holidays and weather which we cannot control, delays the final delivery.
