We tried explaining to Buyer that we had no coupons offered on any items when purchase was made, may have seen some other promotion by Bonanza or other Seller. The price sold was still lower than we had listed on other sales channels. We are sorry you didn't contact us about price until after the sale & item shipped as we could have canceled the transaction if the sale price wasn't correct. We do appreciate all of our Buyers concerns and willing to work through issues whenever possible.
