Ordered from this seller 3 times in the past months and he only sent me 1 of my order with a fully functioning tracking number. I tried to contact the seller for an updated tacker for my last order but he never replied. Paypal's the one refunded me.

Unfair Feedback - This Buyer was Highly Offensive and has been reported to Bonanza - The replacement was sent day after he claimed issue with first with full tracking - delay was due to US customs and USPS - this is of course not my fault as could not have sent any quicker and other buyers understand this can be an issue - The Buyer has also beed refunded in full so suspect I have been scammed by the buyer - Please read OTHER Feedbacks from Polite OTHER Buyers who understand during this current period there may be delays for accuracy as this buyer is banned and reported |

What exactly does 'highly offensive' mean? and how can I get that across by simply purchasing a camera and being sent the wrong one, which is broken because of bad packing? The seller has absolutely, across two seperate weeks REFUSED to provide any semblance of a tracking number of proof of such 'replacement', even now, in the dispute process, they offer nothing. Not sure how refunding a wrong, broken purchase is you being scammed, I have been quite polite, and feel like my feedback speaks for itself. (also, maybe don't put "NO DELAYS" across your profile, then say there are delays here) also, if you did nothing wrong, why attmempt to guilt random starngers over the internet with: "Hi I have had a very bad weekend with my cancer chemo in bed for nearly all of it only to get out of bed and find such a nasty feedback and disputes opened totally uncalled for [...] having to go through chemo is nothing I would wish on anyone so your consideration would be appreciated" I'm sorry for your treatment, but ALL I asked for over nearly a month was a tracking number for the replacement that you suposedly sent, for the incorrect camera that was thinly wrapped with one sheet of bubble wrap. And even now, there is no tracking number. You are full of near-truths and promises. |
