We explained to you several times that once items have been posted then it's not something we have any control over! We also explained that a missing item claim has been made with the postal authorities and that we would let you know as soon as they responded to us. |

We can only assume you have zero experience within the forensics of autograph authentication, or the field of memorabilia in general. The accompanying photo was for display purposes only - did you actually read the item description? Utterly ridiculous!!! |

To be fair, the dimensions of the display were clearly stated in the item description. It was a standard A4 sized display (which is one of the easiest sizes to frame). Kind of pointless informing of us of all this AFTER you received the item. If you had let us know beforehand, we would have done everything we could to help you out – except, you didn’t.
