Seller response: Inadequate and poor buyer. Started to scream because we shipped her order via FedEx, not USP. Next time recommend to earn more money and go to buy Fitbit Versa for $200. I offer Fitbit Versa for $119. I offered even 30% OFF partial refund for all inconveniences.
Buyer response: Seller never offered 30%refund. Was and is unprofessional. NOT SOMEONE TO-DO BUSINESS WITH!
This feedback has been edited. Details 1 star user feedback The description says will be delivered UPS. However it was shipped FedEx SmartPost which makes it get delivered through the USPS. Then watch itself arrives there was no band and there was no frameto go around the watch. There's also no charger cord.
