I emailed company and they could not get a response about items being shipped either. Seller response: Unfortunately we cannot erase negative feedback despite false comments being made. Have over 5 communications with customer, including tracking #'s provided by FedEx, have confirmation from FedEx that the customer received both items. Since customer already has product in hand we will not be able to provide any type of refund until items are returned to us.
