We are wondering about the sizing issues that you had, as in your case we followed regular STANDARD LARGE size dimensions, and due to the reason, it’s a standard one. Therefore, we never had a sizing complain particularly before for this size. However, we explicitly mentioned alongside the listing if customers are interested in size customizations then we are always open to do that without any additional costs. Nevertheless, before shipping, we have taken the sizing and design pictures and we are open to share and if something you would like to share then we can double check to solve your issue ASAP.

Actually, we have already shipped your jacket and by latest status it arrived in the United Kingdom and the next destination will the Germany. Jim In your case the size dimensions were not correct and what we could ensure quality and we did and you also liked the quality of the jacket. We have sent twice email and message to confirm the size, but you did not reply. However, we have followed standard “XL” dimensions to make your jacket, but alas it did not fit you. We ensured a timely refund immediately after getting back the product and according to our store policy and we do not refund the shipping cost.
