I am sorry that jobyl01 was not happy with the transaction but I was more than transparent and made it clear in my listing that all transactions were final. jobyl01 tried to imply that I was selling a fake item and I let her know that I had bought the item directly from the manufacturer. It was not my fault that the manufacturer does not make a consistant product. I usually do not sell to users who have no feedback but I made an exception for jobyl01 and I do regret doing so.
