The customer did not understand what they were buying. We don't sell items, per the listing it is a repair service of your defective circuit board. The customer was supposed to send us their board for repair. English is not their first language, which is fine, I understand miscommunications happen, but this is not our fault. We have several warnings through out the listing about this 1 in spanish in fact. Had the customer gone through the listing they would have seen it.
