Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. We leave tracking instructions for every order we ship. We ship through 2 couriers - China Post and YanWen Post. If your order was shipped through YanWen Post we leave tracking instructions specifiying that you should click 'YanWen' when tracking your number to qualify it and for the tracking information to come out. Please follow this instruction, otherwise you would think that there is no tracking information. It is important to read all message instructions we leave when we ship your order. If you have other concerns please contact us first before complaining through the feedback system. We answer questions within 12 to 24 hours during weekdays and 24 to 48 hours during weekends (kindly also take note that China is approximately 12 hours ahead of the various US time zones).
