Client purchased what was very clearly listed and described as a vintage Gucci print ad and apparently expected to receive a Gucci handbag instead (?). We recommend in future that client read title and description before completing purchase and of course we are available to address any questions or concerns. Had we been approached in a calm and reasonable manner this matter would definitely have been resolved.
